In this workshop, attendees will test out mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques and try simple yoga-based movements that can help them feel calmer and at ease. They will leave with a personalized stress-management plan including helpful coping strategies and two simple meditations they can use anywhere.

Meghan is an experienced yoga teacher with more than 6 years under her belt leading yoga and mindfulness classes for kids of all ages. As the co-founder and lead trainer of Kids Need Yoga, she has worked with more than 2,000 children across Chicagoland. Meghan aspires to help shape today’s children into vibrant and connected adults who will use their gift of a lifelong yoga practice to create a more mindful global community.
